At this time, we only ship to the U.S., Canada, and Mexico.
Due to changes in international shipping regulations, tariffs, and ongoing carrier delays, we are temporarily limiting shipping to North America to ensure smooth delivery. We hope to expand soon!

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition, and in the original packaging.

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items are final sale and cannot be refunded.

We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, email us at shop@achysmile.com and weβll walk you through the process.

If your item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, youβll receive a gift credit once your return is received and approved.
If the gift was not marked or was sent to the original buyer, the refund will go to the purchaser.
